Fox Nigeria reports that South Africans are reacting to a leaked gay s*xtape featuring Tebogo Sepale, an ANC councilor and self-proclaimed prophet, engaging in sexual activities with minors and Lwazi Madonsela from Umndeni.
The ANC has taken immediate action in response to the incident, suspending Tebogo Sepale from his position as ward 25 councilor in the city of Matlosana municipality. Sepale has been accused of abusing his power by engaging in sexual acts with men, women, minors, dogs, and donkeys who seek employment from him.
In addition to the accusations of sexual misconduct, Tebogo Sepale has also been accused of having sex with minors from his church and recording the encounters. A video allegedly exists of him engaging in sexual activity with a minor. Sepale runs a church in Kanana Extension and refers to himself as Prophet Elijah.
Another video reportedly exists of Tebogo Sepale having s*x with another man in Kanana township. Sepale is known to use his position of power to demand sexual favors from those seeking employment, often requesting sex in exchange for project opportunities.
On May 3, 2023, a case of sexual harassment was opened against Tebogo Sepale, the ANC councilor in ward 25, in Kanana, North West Province. Sepale has been accused of consistently demanding sexual favors from members of the community.
