Missouri Man Arrested After Driving U-Haul into White House Gates with Nazi Flag
A man named Sai Varshith Kandula from Missouri has gained attention after driving a U-Haul truck into the gates of the White House. Media outlets are referring to him as a “white supremacist” due to the discovery of a Nazi flag in the vehicle.
Authorities have confirmed that Kandula will face charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon and making threats against the president, vice president, or their family members.
The incident occurred on Monday night when the U-Haul truck crashed into security barriers near Lafayette Square, across from the White House. The driver was promptly arrested, and the presence of the Nazi flag added to the seriousness of the situation.
The driver has been identified as 19-year-old Sai Varshith Kandula from Chesterfield, Missouri, according to the U.S. Park Police. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause and circumstances of the crash. Fortunately, no Secret Service or White House personnel were injured in the incident.
